In the name of love, create space for you time was made in August 2022. Canvas is made from plastic bags. Heart is made from aluminum cans. Finished over with resin.

I feel like the message itself says it all. We often get caught up in doing all of the things that we forget to do the things for ourselves. Then we are overwhelmed. However, one cannot pour from an empty cup. Personally, I have found that the more space I create for myself, the more I am capable of holding space for others.

Like truly holding space for others and I find it so much more fulfilling. My space isn’t always hours of self-care. Sometimes it’s as simple as taking a deep breath and connecting with nature. Sometimes that space does include others, like taking a friend out to lunch. It’s about taking the time to enjoy your simple pleasures. Love yourself because you deserve it.
