Consent is sexy. Made in February 2022. Canvas is made from HDPE plastic I melted and formed. Traffic light is made from aluminum cans. Finished in resin.

Consent in a subject that I feel very strongly about. I think it is something that needs to be talked about more. Consent isn’t just about intimacy but boundaries in general. It’s respect for one another. I do love the symbolism of the light here. Consent can be a go, to a maybe, which maybe actually means stop. It is our duty as drives to beware of the signs and those around us, so we don’t hurt others.
