These were made in April 2022. All the hooks have been found at the river. Either stuck in rocks, or branches, some buried in the sand with only the line sticking out. When I first started going out on my treasure/trash hunts I never realized how many hooks I would find. Every trip I find them. To date I’ve found 74. 23 being the highest in one trip but sometimes it’s only 1. I get so excited to find them. I don’t even know why. I feel my inner child come out every time I find one. I have used a few of the fish looking hooks in a previous project. But this is the first project like this. Hence the title. The First. (Said in my most proper voice of course). I do want to make more. Each set will always be so uniquely different though. Which is something I absolutely love. I hope you get just as much enjoyment from them as I have had in finding them and creating them.
